Want a customized map to compliment your pedagogical topic or to engage your students in a geospatial assignment? Looking for a distinctive map to integrate a spatial component with your thesis or narrative timeline? If you need a map for any reason, think of this as Cartography 101. We will get you started on Esri’s ArcGIS Online with a workable basemap for your task, and we will show you how to find/generate data layers to make your map yours. Windows computers will be provided, but feel free to bring your own device (Windows/Mac), if you prefer.
This training is open to faculty, staff and students.
