Join the South Asian Society (SAS) and the International Society at Kenyon (ISAK) in celebrating Diwali at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26, in the Gund Commons Ballroom.
We will be making rangoli (traditional floor art) and lighting deeyas (oil lamps) starting at 5:30 p.m. outside Gund Commons. Feel free to join! We will also have sparklers!
Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights, celebrates the victory of light over darkness, goodness over evil, education over ignorance, and hope for the future. Learn more about Diwali.
