The college's conjoined libraries, a repository of great books, center for quiet study, and home of the Kenyon Writing Center.
Very interesting speaker. I learned a great deal. Too bad there wasn't a bigger turnout, but the event competed with sophomore registration AND pre-Thanksgiving paper and exam deadlines. Those who attended seemed to get a lot from it.
I enjoyed it. The informal nature was nice, because it allowed me to have one-on-one conversations with CIP staff about the different options one might consider when creating videos for my courses. The software appeared to be user-friendly, and I plan to create some videos for my spring courses. Thanks!
Thank you for the Open House. I wish I had more time with Karen to talk about the vidéos made with Powerpoint, and I exactly know how I am going to use these tools for my classes next semester (I'll have my students do a vidéo project and it will help a lot).
Thank you also to Jason for your showcase with the flipped course; it was very instructional and I hope we can get the video software to create such course.
And thank you also for the food!
