Amos N. Guiora '79, professor of law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, will give the Constitution Day lecture, sponsored by the Center for the Study of American Democracy and the Office of the Provost.
In addition to his role at the University of Utah, Guiora is currently a research associate at the University of Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law and Armed Conflict; a research fellow at the International Institute on Counter-Terrorism Interdisciplinary Center in Herzylia, Israel; and a corresponding member at the Netherlands School of Human Rights Research, University of Utrecht School of Law.
