Suitable for all levels, the practice of Hatha yoga consists of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises). Each class helps align and prepare the body for a state of mindfulness and meditation. Classes are free to students, employees and members of the Gambier community. All classes are drop-in (no registration required) and first-come, first-served. All equipment is provided, but feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you’d like.
