In partnership with the Gund Gallery, the Brown Foundation Environmental Center (BFEC) is offering this art and nature afternoon workshop for students entering grades 4, 5 and 6. We will reflect on "The Builders Family" by Jacob Lawrence and use basic construction techniques to build a bluebird box. Students will then paint their box and learn how birds construct their nests.
The program is free, but a reservation is required. Call the BFEC at 740-427-5052 to register.
The Gund Gallery exhibitions and programs are made possible, in part, by the Gund Gallery Board of Directors and the Ohio Arts Council.
