Join the Diversity Advisors for a trip to the Newark Earthworks in Heath, Ohio!
Built by indigenous communities from the Hopewell culture, the Newark Earthworks are the largest set of geometric earthen enclosures in the world. Already a National Historic Landmark, in 2006, Ohio designated the Newark Earthworks as "the official prehistoric monument of the state."
During this excursion, members of the Kenyon community will have the opportunity to tour the Earthworks and learn about Central Ohio's indigenous culture.
