"While a doctor treats people who are sick, those working in public health try to prevent people from getting sick or injured in the first place. We also promote wellness by encouraging healthy behaviors."
We will have several individuals who are knowledgeable about Public Health talk about both the Masters as well as the PhD degrees in Public Health (MPH). Public health promotes and protects the health of people and the communities where they live, learn, work and play.
If you think you may be interested in working in public health after Kenyon, plan to attend this session. This is a growing field with so many career opportunities; below are just a few examples of the fields within public health.
